Can I opt for PG, UGC declared Gurukul University, Vrindavan as fake?

I completed my B.Com from Gurukul University, Vrindavan in 2005.

If a university is listed as fake, then from a particular time the degrees provided by that university are also deemed fake, hence a UG degree holder cannot opt for PG courses. You need to check that the time from which the Gurukul University is deemed as fake falls during your studies or not.
