    Yes.

    Accounting, Law and Taxation, to a large extent, are subjects with finite and precise fundamentals. An engineer, according to my humble opinion, is in a position to score good marks in CA exams. I know a couple of them personally. They are earning envious packages now.

    A student from engineering background needs to do the following:

    Take tuition for practical subjects. The initial 3–6 months are crucial to understand the fundamentals - beyond that it is the sincerity of the student in regularly solving the problems that will ensure good marks;
