If the candidate does not meet the JEE Advanced cutoff then the candidates can try through JEE Main cutoff. However, if the candidate does not meet the JEEMain cutoff, then he/she cannot participate in the JoSAA counselling.Students who have cleared the JEE Main exam and have not participated in JoS

Yes, candidates can participate in JEE Main counselling even if they do not meet the cutoff. Scoring above JEE Main cutoff is required only when candidates wish to appear in JEE Advanced for admission to IITs. Those candidates who wish to take admission in NITs, IIITs or other GFTIs can take part in
