Can I participate in NEET UG 2022 counselling?

Suppose my name is in the Assam merit list NEET UG 2022, I have done my class 11&12 from Assam school but I'm from Meghalaya state.

    Yes, you can participate in AIQ counselling for free seat if, you can bear the fee you can apply through the Meghalaya state quota seat must be allotted on merit base and reservation based.
