Can I participate in the 2nd round of ComedK counselling as I want to pursue B.Tech IT?
I am from Nepal. I have scored 78.33% in HSC (PCM).

Yes, you can apply as your marks is good but you have to appear in COMEDK exam as they need somewhat same score. After that, you can appear in the counseling so if you have a good score and you appeared in the exam then go for counseling through the official website.
