Can I participate in the CAP round for PUMBA on the basis of MAT score?

I didn't fill the application form of MHT-CET exam. My MAT composite score is 782.5 and percentile is 99.64.

Yes, you will get admission in PUMBA. You can check DTE Maharashtra website regularly and the process will start in the month of May or in the first week of June.

Yes, MAT score are accepted for admission at PUMBA.
