Can I pass B.Ed from Mumbai freely.I am Pakistani,i want to do B.Ed in this year?

I am poor, overage and 45 years old, so I can not take admission any where now. Can I do B.Ed thus by Mumbai???

You have to look for rules n regulations pertaining to foreign students and also you can approach Pakistani embassy for some guidance.
