Yes, students can pay the Imperial College London fees in installments, if they cannot afford to do so in one-go, provided they meet the eligibility conditions given below.

Should be a self-paying student. If the studies are fully-funded by an extrnal sponsor, tuition fees cannot be paid in installments
Should not have any overdue balance on the invoice. Make sure to submit all the dues before the date mentioned on the invoice or the original email received by the student.
Be enrolled in a course with a duration of more than 8 months
