<p>Yes, the candidates will be able to pay the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET application fee offline. To make the offline payment, the candidates will have to visit the nearest APOnline/ E-Seva/ Mee-Seva/ Helpline Centers. At the center, the candidates will need to provide the following details to make the fee payment - the candidate's name, father's name, date of birth, mobile number, passport size photograph, SSC qualified memo and candidate's signature.</p>
