First you need to pursue BA Honors in psychology, after that you will be eligible for MA in clinical psychology. -
Knowledge of biology is always preferable in this kind of subjects however the eligibility criteria differs from university to university. check the eligibility criteria of the respective university from which u want to pursue. result of class 12 is important not 11.
