Distance learning course isn't enough to practice law in India. As per the Bar Council of India's guidelines, one need to have a law degree to practice law in India. BCI does not allow one to practice advocacy after pursuing LLB through distance learning. One has to necessarily enrol in full time course to practice law in India.

No. The answer is no.
In order to practice as a lawyer in India one must have license from bar council of India and BCI does not recognise LL.B through distance learning so if you want to practice law in India you must complete LL.B as a full time course.
