Yes, you can absolutely prepare for CA-IPCC while pursuing B.Com or we can say B.Com is good while we are preparing for CA.

Yes you can. The content or syllabus is very much similar for both the courses, so doing them simultaneously will not be that much difficult.

Yes, most of the students do it this way only. They prepare for IPCC while doing B.Com.
