Can I prepare for IIT and SAT at a time for appearing B.Tech course during 2021. Currently I am studying 7th class in Vishakhapatnam.

Yes indeed. Read about the IIT entrance test and SAT, you should know the differences between them, this will help you plan out your studies. Remember that SAT is more of an aptitude test and IIT entrance will test your quantitative skills in depth.
