Can I prepare for medical entrance exam along with pursuing CSE?

I have a keen interest in MBBS, can you suggest some good books for NEET preparation?

If you had biology then yes, you can prepare for NEET but that would be tough for you to manage both CSE and preparation simultaneously.

NCERT books are the must read for NEET examinations. However, managing NEET and CSE simultaneously is very difficult. If you can, you can try.
