Hello Dear,Rather preparing for 2 courses simultaneously, use the same energy for excellence in the course of your interest. You can definitely prepare for NEET with BE studies, but ask yourself why you need to do that. You cannot be in two professions simultaneously, right.

    Hello Shashank,
Of course you can prepare for NEET along with your BE studies also. But, may I ask question? Are you already doing BA? And, now want to switch over to medicine? If so, then please think about it and decide what you want in life. It is of course never too late to have a course correction from what we are doing, but if you really want to do medicine, then I suggest for you to take an year off and prepare for NEET exclusively so that your chances of getting a good college will increase dramatically. Best wishes.
