Hello Dear, Rather preparing for 2 courses simultaneously, use the same energy for excellence in the course of your interest. You can definitely prepare for NEET with BE studies, but ask yourself why you need to do that. You cannot be in two professions simultaneously, right.

Then NEET is the answer. You can even think of doing it abroad since it is cheaper. But here too NEET is a must.
