Can I prepare for RIE CEE by NCERT only or do I need to buy any reference book?

    Yes, NCERT is good. You can go to book store and ask or any B.Ed entrance guide or practice set will help you. You can see,

    Don't forget to refer previous year questions. Also, your class 12th marks are also important for rank, as class 12th marks have some weightage.
