    No, because UPSC CSE needs more time and concentration. With 9 hours of work you can't study with the same energy.

    No, you can't. IAS exam is not a small thing. For that, you need proper dedication and plan. I was also working in an organisation before preparing for IAS. But at that time I couldn't handle both office and study. Then I left my job and study mindfully for my IAS exam. Now I am preparing IAS in Dhyeya IAS Bhubaneswar branch.

    As per some research, cracking Civil Service Examination to get IAS or IFS or IPS is worlds the toughest examination to join civil services across the world. Cracking Civil Services requires lots of planning, preparations and hard work. There are examples where candidates have taken few years preparations to crack examination. IT profession is very demanding. It is very rare that IT professional works 9-hour shift. Whenever project deadlines are near, IT professionals work more than 12 hours on 7 days a week.
