Can I prepare for UP board Physics numericals in 15 days? Are NCERT and Vidya question Bank enough for numericals?
Please provide some tips to prepare.

Numericals are the thing that needed practice. You need to give some more time for those like 5 numericals per day for 30 days. According to me these two books are more than enough for numericals if you prepare them well.
