Yes, since the syllabus of the Xavier Aptitude Test and the Common Admission Test are similar, one can prepare for both exams from the same study material. Yes, you can prepare XAT Quantitative techniques, Data interpretation, Logical reasoning, Language comprehension from CAT material. But for General awareness you have to take a Current Affairs book.
