Can I pursue 1 year MBA course from Canada this year in September?

You are late now. You can do it in January month intake. You need IELTS and have to apply for this now itself. Normally, MBA is a two-year programme in Canada. Only if you do two-year programme will you be allowed to stay back for three years.
