No, you cannot do that. As these are separate graduate courses, you have to apply from the beginning. If you leave BA in 2nd semester then it doesn't mean that you can take admission in B.Com 2nd semester. You have to take afresh admission in B.Com and start from the 1st semester. That is the norm o
