Can I pursue a Bachelor's degree in fashion design after 3-years Diploma in garment technology?

I have some personal reasons that's why I don't want to complete my 12th & just want to do a 3-years Diploma in garment technology and then a Bachelor's degree in fashion. I have completed my 10+1.
