Can I pursue a correspondence B.Ed and simultaneously work?

I am 29 years old and I had scored 49% in my BA. I did a double major in Psychology and Sociology from Mumbai University. I want to know if I can still pursue correspondence or Distance B.Ed through a reputed university and also simultaneously work.
