Can I pursue a degree course in architecture with a civil engineering Diploma through distance mode?

No, as per the AICTE as well as council of Architecture and ministry of HRD guideline any program in pharmacy, engineering and technology including architecture cannot be offered in distance mode as you have to do it full time. Yes, if you are not looking for government recognition, you may check fo
