    Hi,
    To become an IAS officer you need to have a graduate degree from any of the recognized university. If you pursue Diploma then you will not get a graduation degree. After 3 years of Diploma you need to complete 4 years of graduation. Age limit to appear for IAS is 21-32 years.
    So, decide for yourself.
