Yes, you can join Diploma after completing ITI course.
The duration of the Diploma course is 3 years. But, class 12th students and ITI holders are eligible for lateral entry Diploma. So, they can get direct admission in 2nd year of Diploma. Hence, they can complete the Diploma engineering course i

Which Course we have to select in Diploma
I mean if I have done ITI in Automobile field so I have to select same or I can Change Department.
