Can I pursue a game designing course at IIT?

I am a 16 year old boy studying in class 11th & am not good at studies. I got only 8.2 CGPA in class 10th and have decided to pursue a career in game designing. Should I go for IIT or leave it and study at MAAC? Kindly help as I am not interested in studies and have keen interest in gaming.
