Can I pursue a PG Diploma in accounting from Perth, Australia with 6 band score in IELTS (L=6, R=6.5, W=6, S=5) or do I need to repeat it?

Hi Jatin,
Please check with the universities you want to apply to. Australian universities have many provisions, if you don't meet IELTS requirement you can enrol into foundation programs in English.
