Cpt i.e common proficiency test is equivalent to b.com if you wanna continue with CA course.
And it requires much attention to join anyother course along with it. for better results go for one either ACCA/CMA/CPT. and that only of your interest none else.!

You can pursue the course alongside B.Com. It is easier for you to complete US CMA parallel to B.Com.

It is better you to do it after B.Com because it will be an added advantage that you will get a background which will help you in pursuing ACCA or CMA. I advice you to get a degree first and then decide.
