Can I pursue aeronautical engineering after doing Diploma in mechanical engineering?

Yes, you are eligible to pursue aeronautical engineering. Even you are free to choose any engineering branch of your choice. However, lateral entry is not possible for other branches.

Yes, definitely. A few engineering colleges or universities provides this as a branch. But wherever available, it is possible.
