Can I pursue aeronautical engineering along with commercial pilot course?

Yes, you can do both courses, it will be very good for your pilot career work as an advantage that pilot having knowledge of machine also. I have done both and it's great to be a perfect pilot in cockpit. -
In aviation industry role and responsibilities of Commercial Pilot and Maintenance engineers is clearly defined. These roles do not overlap and mix. Different individuals are hired for the functions of Flying and Engineering. However, as an Aeronautical Engineer you can seek CPL license to fly as a Pilot. Organisation such as NASA prefers Astronauts who have both flying and Engineering education and experiences.
