There is only one college apart IIT or NIT which offers this course in government college i.e, Nalanda College of Engineering. I can guarantee you can get admission there easily if you are Bihar.
90 percentile is likely insufficient for Aerospace at NITs or IITs, but good alternatives include KIIT Un
