Hello Vishal,
Many students get confused in the track to choose after B.Tech as is in your case.
If you're inclined towards more in-depth technical knowledge, you can go for M.Tech field. If you feel that you're done with the technical part, but wish to have a master's degree, then you can opt for

Hi Vishal,
I would suggest you to go for a job and get at least 2+ years of experience. Then you should go for higher education. The market is too saturated with inexperienced people with Masters degree at the moment. Gaining experience puts you a step ahead of those without experience.
