Yes, you can either have a BSc in Nursing or a Post Basic BSc Nursing degree to be eligible for an MSc Nursing course. However, a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a healthcare facility can be a must for some top colleges, also in a specific department, if you want to go for a specific special
