    The minimum qualification to get into a bank these days is to get a degree. Without a degree, you are not eligible for a bank job. It is better you take up a degree course. B.Com covers the subjects of Finance and Banking so perhaps you can opt for that or any other degree is fine. But it is a degree that you must have. A diploma is not enough.
    Earlier the minimum qualification used to be class 12 pass out. But recently rules have been modified and a degree is mandatory.
