Can I pursue arts from Germany?
I have completed class 12th in 2007 with 67% marks.

Hey Sachin,
Universities in Germany are very competitive. With 67%, its going to be very tough as most of them prefer students with more than 80%. You should however try applying, taking your IELTS, learingn German language as most Bachelor degree courses are offered in German language only.

10 years is a huge gap. You can look at universities in smaller countries like Cyprus, etc. or you can study in India.
