Can I pursue astronautical engineering separately?

I don't want to pursue aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering together.

In India no university offers separate astronomical engineering at graduation level. You are advised to appear for JEE and do B.Tech aeronautical or aerospace from IITs, PEC University Chandigarh or IIST and then specialize at M.Tech or MS level on completion of graduation degree.
