Hi, The eligibility for B.Arch is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English Physics Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% aggregate marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II) (60 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21). Or
Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2020 or JEE Main

As far as I know, You don't necessarily are required to give LPU NEST for the B.Arch. As LPU considers the
    50% (PCM) & 50% (Best Five Subjects) & NATA 2021 / JEE Mains (Paper-II) / State Level Test + LPUNEST
or 50% with Diploma (any stream 3 years) recognised by Central / State government. (with Maths as a compulsory subject) + NATA 2021 / JEE Mains (Paper-II) / State Level Test. But you can give LPU NEST exam to availing of the maximum scholarships whixh LPU provides. These scholarships are generous and are there for the benefit of the students. For more details you can check LPU website.
