Yes, you can pursue B.Arch course after Diploma in Civil Engineering, as the eligibility for B.Arch is passed 10+2 in any stream with Maths and minimum 50% marks in aggregate or 3 years Diploma in any engineering stream with minimum 50% marks and for some institute only qualified in Architecture Apt
