Students with science stream in class 12th can do B.Com but arts students cannot pursue B.Com. -

Yes you can purse B.Com after completing 12th arts.
Career Prospects after commerce course:
One can look forward to a career in private or government organisation as a specialist in any of the streams of commerce, such as economics, accountancy or work as a management executive, accounts executive, junior accountant or pursue a career in auditing or banking. Other avenues open for you include Chartered Accountancy (CA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Cost Accountancy (from ICWA), Company Secretary-ship (CS), Stock Broking or MBA, etc.
