Can I pursue B.Com from Open University? Are their certificate approved for all government jobs?

You can take admission in IGNOU for B.Com. Its degree certificate is valid for government jobs.

I am doing B.Com from Delhi Open University but I failed in 1 subject in EAR. My 1st and 3rd year is complete.
