Can I pursue B.Com (Honors) if I don't have maths with commerce in +2?

Hello,
It depends on the college. Most of the colleges have made it compulsory for one to have Maths in 10+2 to be eligible to apply for B.Com (H). This is so, because the syllabus of this degree has a good portion of Maths and Accountancy.
There are very less institutes who don't ask for Maths in B.Com (H). Some of them are GGSIPU, Amity University, BHU and Christ University, Bangalore. -

It is mandatory to have maths to pursue B.Com (Hons). General B.Com doesn't require Maths.
