Hello,
It depends on the college. Most of the colleges have made it compulsory for one to have Maths in 10+2 to be eligible to apply for B.Com (H). This is so, because the syllabus of this degree has a good portion of Maths and Accountancy.

It is mandatory to have maths to pursue B.Com (Hons). General B.Com doesn't require Maths.
