Can I pursue B. DES now? I did my schooling in 2020 and actually I want to shift from B.Tech to B. DES.

Yes ofcourse, you can pursue B. Des if you really want to. No matter when you have completed your schooling. If you wish then can drop doing B.Tech and get yourself enrolled in any design college of your choice.
