Yes, you can definitely go for B.Ed after B.Tech, if you are interested in pursuing a career in teaching. B.Ed has now become a 2-year course.
If interested, you can also go for 4-year B.Sc course. B.Ed course is offered in the five RIEs present across India. RIE stands for Regional Institute of Education. It is a constituent unit of NCERT, set up by ministry of HRD.
