Yes, of course, why not. But, firstly see, in what area, you are interested. Before switching, be sure for your career.

Yes, you can definitely go for B.Ed after B.Tech, if you are interested in pursuing a career in teaching. B.Ed has now become a 2-year course. If interested, you can also go for 4-year B.Sc course.
