Yes, you can, if you have a Bachelor degree and have studied at least two school subjects during your graduation.

You are only eligible for B.Ed if you have done graduation such as B.A, B.Sc, B.Com or post-graduation degree from a recognised university or Institute. D.Ed is not a Bachelor degree course.
