Can I pursue B.Ed after completing D.Ed?
I am doing D.Ed and after completing D.Ed. I am planning to pursue B.Ed from Andhra Pradesh.

Yes, you are eligible. You are only eligible for B.Ed if you have done graduation or post-graduation degree from a recognized university or institute.
