Can I pursue B.Ed. course from IGNOU after postgraduation without any teaching field experience?

No you cannot apply for the B.Ed with no teaching experience
For B.Ed. The eligibility criteria is -
Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in Arts/Science/ Social Science/ Commerce with minimum 50% marks or BE/B.Tech with minimum 55% marks with specialisation in Science and Mathematics. Diploma/certificate

No, You are not eligible to apply for B.Ed in IGNOU because you have done a teaching course in regular mode. Like D. El. Ed, BEL. Ed or NTT, BTC. Then you can apply for B.Ed in IGNOU. Or you are currently teaching in a school or experience in teaching from school.
