Apart from BEd you can do TGT, PGT, NET and PhD also.

Hi Ajit I mostly recommend IGNOU as it directly comes under MHRD. I think you can prepare and clear entrance test. You can consider Annamalai university also. http://annamalaiuniversity.ac.in/dde/course_001.php?pros=bed&course=001
But, they also conduct written test.
