Yes, you can pursue B.Ed. It is really tough to name any specific institute as best for pursuing B.Ed but some of the best institutes for B.Ed are Lady Shri Ram College For Women - [LSR], New Delhi, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University - [GGSIPU], New Delhi, BHU, Varanasi.
