Can I pursue B.Ed through correspondence from Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu?
I have done M.Sc in chemistry, but I don't have any teaching experience.

You need not have any experience to take admission in B.Ed, If you have 50% either in graduation or Masters, then you can pursue B.Ed correspondence from your expected university.

You will get admission for B.Ed anywhere as you scored very high than required. You can choose any College / University according to your convenience.
